This website, milayacapital.gr (the ‘website’), is operated by Milaya Capital Greece, the Athens hub of the Milaya Capital group (the ‘Group’), 27 Evelpidon Avenue, Vari, 16672 Athens, Greece. In these terms, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer to Milaya Capital Greece, and ‘you’ refers to any person using the website.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The website is provided free of charge for information purposes. No contract for the supply of goods or services is concluded through it.

No offer and no advice

The website describes the Group and its companies for general information only. In particular:

• nothing on the website constitutes, or forms part of, an offer to sell or issue, or a solicitation of an offer to buy or subscribe for, any securities, fund interests or other financial instruments, or an invitation to engage in any investment activity, in Greece or in any other jurisdiction;

Accuracy of information and changes to the website

We take reasonable care to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information and may be incomplete or out of date. Information about Group companies, their properties, venues and services is indicative and may change without notice. Links to Group companies and third-party websites

The website contains links to the websites of Group companies and of third parties. Bookings, reservations, orders and any other dealings with a Group company are governed by that company’s own terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with the website, are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens, Greece, have exclusive jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you are habitually resident and, where the law so provides, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the place where you live, and any proceedings against you may be brought only there.

Language

These terms are available in English and Greek. If there is any inconsistency between the two versions, the Greek version prevails, to the extent permitted by law. If you are a consumer, any term that is unclear will be interpreted in the way most favourable to you.

General

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. If we do not exercise, or delay in exercising, any of our rights, this does not mean that we have waived that right.
